Stovax Sheraton 5 Multifuel/Wood Burning Stove
Timelessly styled, the Sheraton 5 wood burning and multi-fuel stoves blend classic looks with sophisticated, modern touches and state-of-the-art combustion. Strong architectural influences are present in the elegantly corniced cast iron top plate and base, complementing a tastefully bevelled cast iron door.
On the inside, the Sheraton’s innovative Ecodesign Ready combustion systems are designed to provide a highly efficient 5kW of heat, which is just the right amount for many standard sized homes. All Sheraton models feature our Convector Heat Flow system, which channels warm air between the firebox and the outer walls of the stove back into the room, reducing the stove’s distance to combustibles and enhancing heating performance.
On the inside, both sizes feature cutting-edge technology. Innovative firebox design ensures extaordinary cleanliness of burn, with most models satisfying both smoke control restrictions and Ecodesign air quality standards.
Powerful tertiary airflow systems facilitate high efficiency combustion and arresting flame visuals, with integrated Airwash jets keeping the door glass clear of soot and ash.
SIA Ecodesign Ready stoves will meet the DEFRA exemption criteria but the stove must still be tested for DEFRA exemption, until Ecodesign becomes law in 2022, in order to be used is a smoke control area.
Ecodesign is the European-wide programme to lower emissions. It is due to come into force in the UK in 2022. The main manufacturers in the SIA have decided to release stoves that will meet the lower emission limits now, five years early.
Independent tests have shown that an Ecodesign Ready stove produces 90% fewer emissions than an open fire and 84% fewer than a stove of ten years ago.
The Ecodesign Ready scheme is verified by Hetas and supported by DEFRA. The SIA Ecodesign Ready label will set the standard for the most environmentally friendly stoves available today.
The Stovax Sheraton 5 is available as a dedicated wood burning stove.
Please note all frames, accessories, and flue components are non-refundable.
