The Firenza’s innovative design creates an optimised airflow around its circumference, drawing combustion air from beneath the plate straight to the flames, for efficient and even heat. Finished in a durable Nero Black powder-coated steel, it’s built to withstand the elements and can be left outside for extended periods without rusting or weathering.

Ready to cook in 25 to 45 minutes, the plancha plate reaches up to 300°C at the centre and 200°C at the edges, giving you precise heat control for grilling, searing, or warming.
