To receive your extended warranty, you must register your fire with the manufacturer within four weeks of purchasing. You are able to do this by clicking here.
For those mounting to vaulted or angled ceilings, the fully adjustable bracket option allows for mounting the Onyx Orbit onto a ceiling up to a 60° angle.
Choose from 0.8m or 1.6m flue pipe lengths to suit varying ceiling heights, and a bracket option for a flat ceiling, or a fully adjustable bracket option for vaulted/angled ceilings.
Onyx Orbit electric fires come with a thermostatic eco handset to give you complete and easy control over the host of features, heating and visual settings - all from the comfort of your favourite chair. Flames, fuel bed lighting and heating can all be controlled independently to create the desired atmosphere, with or without heat output.
Please note all frames, accessories, and flue components are non-refundable.
