The Nordpeis Duo 1 is an incredibly delicately designed stove. Using a pedestal, it hardly looks big enough to house a roaring fire and yet it is one of the most efficient stoves on the market.

Using Nordpeis' technology, the Duo 1 burns and then reburns the fuel to ensure the most effective use of the logs (maximum length 300mm) and to reduce the exhaust pollutants to an absolute minimum.

The same air flow also passes across the inside of the wide glass area to keep it clean. And what a large area of glass it is: looking at the stove, the windows and are on three sides, dominating the design and the flames warm by sight as much as by the excellent distribution of the maximum of 5kW heat it produces. The clever design of the Duo 1 ensures little heat is wasted up the chimney and a heat efficiency of 80% is available.

The door of the Duo 1 is equally large, making up most of the front of the firebox and the controls are easy to use and ingeniously integrated into the design.

This stove happily accepts a top or a rear flue and, should you require extra air without draughts, an optional external air kit is available.

Warranty

To receive your Stovax Stove or Fireplace Extended Warranty you must have purchased from an authorised stockist within the Expert Retailer Network and registered your stove with Stovax within one month of the installation date. The commencement date for the warranty period is the date of installation. Proof of purchase, commissioning and servicing will be required in the event of a Warranty claim.

From installation to two years your Stovax Stove or Fireplace is supported for material and manufacturing defects with parts and labour. Additionally, this includes a consumables guarantee for the first year of warranty covering glass, fire bricks, grates, baffles, log guards, ashpans and rope seals. From two years to ten years your Stovax Stove or Fireplace is supported for material and manufacturing defects with parts only. Please note this excludes consumable items as set out in the Warranty Exclusions and Limitations, which are only covered in the first year of Warranty.
