Your FireFX Electric Stove or Fireplace undergoes rigorous testing to ensure it not only functions reliably but also excels in performance. When you purchase from an authorised FireFX stockist within the Expert Retailer Network, your product comes with a standard Two Year Warranty. To activate this warranty simply register your product with FireFX.
Please register your stove or fire online within one month of the purchase date to benefit from your two year warranty. During the registration process, your Expert Retailer’s details will be required for your warranty to be activated.
