Its iconic porthole window remains at the heart of the design, along with an upgraded firebox, new air controls, and an optional “food tube” – ideal for warming bread, roasting veg, or preparing laid-back weekend brunches.

• Optional side shelves with stainless tops add extra cooking or prep space.

• Optional heat shield enclosures let you safely install it in smaller, more sensitive spaces.

Improved Air Control

The Chilli Billie Gentoo is more controllable than ever, with three air management options:

• Air boost disc – get your fire going fast

• Air wash slider – helps keep the glass clean

• Primary air control knob – lets you adjust the burn to your needs

Start your fire with all three controls open, then let the boost disc swing down automatically once the fire is established. Adjust the others for a steady, clean, and cosy burn.
