The ACR Tempus Wood Burning Stove is a modern, high-efficiency wood burning stove designed to deliver powerful, controllable warmth with elegant contemporary styling. Featuring a large panoramic viewing window and advanced airwash system, the Tempus keeps the flames clearly visible, creating a striking focal point in any living space.

Engineered for both performance and ease of use, the Tempus offers two intelligent heat modes to suit different heating needs. Continuous Burn Mode delivers a strong 7kW output with an A+ energy rating, ideal for maintaining consistent warmth, while Intermittent Burn Mode provides a 5kW output with an A energy rating and is DEFRA approved for use in smoke controlled areas when burning wood.

A key feature of the Tempus is its automatic thermostatic air control system. Using a built-in bimetal coil, the stove automatically adjusts the air intake as temperatures change, ensuring the fire burns at an optimal rate without the need for electricity, batteries, or manual adjustment. This intelligent system helps maintain efficiency, prolong burn times, and reduce emissions.

Constructed with durability and performance in mind, the Tempus features a high-gauge European steel combustion chamber, ThermoKera refractory panels for enhanced combustion, and a full cast iron door with concealed handle for a clean, minimalist look. A cast iron top plate and collar provide additional heat retention, while knife-edge door seals ensure excellent airtightness for efficient operation.

With efficiency levels of up to 85.4%, the Tempus exceeds Ecodesign requirements and integrates well with modern heating systems such as heat pumps and solar PV, while still offering dependable independent heat when needed.
