The Dik Geurts Ivar 8 Logstore wood burning stove delivers powerful, controllable heating for medium to large living spaces. With an adjustable heat output from 6kW to 10kW and a nominal output of 8kW, it is ideally suited to spacious family rooms, open-plan living areas and larger lounges.

Designed primarily as a wood burning stove, the Ivar 8 can also burn approved solid fuels when fitted with the optional multifuel kit, providing greater flexibility and longer burn times. For improved efficiency and convenience, an external air kit can be added to supply combustion air directly from outside the home, removing the need for additional room ventilation.

The stove’s elegant anthracite steel finish and increased firebox height create a striking focal point, allowing beautiful flames to be enjoyed at eye level when seated. A built-in log store beneath the firebox offers practical log storage while also making ash removal quick and easy.

Despite its impressive heat output, the Ivar 8 is highly efficient and environmentally responsible. It is Ecodesign Ready and DEFRA approved, making it suitable for use in UK smoke control areas. With low wood consumption of around 1.4kg per hour, it delivers excellent heat performance from every log burned.

Installation Manual

Installation pack includes the following components:

- 9M of 316L flexible flue liner

- 500mm of vitreous enamel flue

- Pot hanging cowl (Terracotta) with bird guard

Please note all frames, accessories, and flue components are non-refundable.

Guarantee

Alongside the standard legal manufacturer warranty, Dik Geurts appliances have a warranty period of 5 years on the construction of the appliance body. A warranty period of 6 months applies to consumable materials such as the glass, rope seal, inner bricks and the baffle plate. The flue gas discharge duct and its installation are not part of the appliance and are therefore not covered by the warranty.
 
The warranty is void in the event of the appliance being modified/adjusted, improperly used, overloaded/overheated, incorrectly installed, missing its serial number/type plate or if the appliance has been left in a humid, damp and/or unheated environment. Dik Geurts reserves the right to judge this.
 
With normal use, it is possible that (mild) discoloration of the paint may occur over time. This is considered normal and therefore not covered by the warranty.
 
The dealership from which the stove was purchased is responsible for handling the warranty. If you have any questions and/or complaints, always contact the dealer first. After assessing the complaint, and if the appliance falls within the statutory warranty period of 2 years, the dealer may call in the help of a Dik Geurts service technician on site. The costs of exchanging an appliance outside the legal warranty period of 2 years will not be reimbursed.
 
The date on the proof of purchase is used as the start date of the warranty period. Keep the proof of purchase carefully as it is required for a warranty claim.
