Online Orders & Deliveries

Most deliveries are running as scheduled and we have a extensive warehouse with good stock on many of the popular items. Once we receive your order we will endeavour to give you an approximate delivery date, you should use this for guidance only, at this time of year some suppliers have extended lead times.

However since the easing of lockdown restrictions in the UK increased road traffic has affected some areas of the UK pallet network which may cause a delay to your scheduled palletised delivery, we will do our upmost to keep you informed and updated, deliveries from our own vehicles will always be our preferred option as this mode of delivery is unaffected.

As we are one of the largest online retailer our bulk purchasing means we can offer you the ‘Best Price & Best Service’ with the most competitive online price even through our retail showroom.

So we can best serve your requirements our Retail showroom operating hours are as follows;

Monday – 10.00 am until 4.00pm / Friday – 10.00 until 4.00pm / Saturday – 10.00am until 3.00pm

Our number one priority is the safety of our team. We have therefore suspended all supplier meetings and external visitors however we are still fully operating and can be contacted in a number of different ways.

Installations

Our operations teams have been working hard to plan a safe return to our installations many of which have been on hold for several months, we thank our customers for their patience and understanding during this we are gradually returning to a ‘new normal’ situation from order to install, however we are managing the supply chain shortages as best we can at this time, you will be kept informed of progress along the way. Before our visit the operations team will call you to discuss our covid 19 precautions, your safety is as important as our installation teams.
